Tax
The total price of any order will only include US applicable sales taxes. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Shopping with us is safe and secure. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. You can be assured that the information you give us is confidential. We do not sell, rent or share information of our customers with other parties.
Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
Returns
It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will try our best to solve your problem. If you return the product(s) to us within 15 days, we will refund you the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error). Prior to returning a product, email us for a RMA and complete the instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see "RMA procedures" below. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through info@batteries-inc.com or filling out the Application. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored. All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days after the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
Shipping
US packages go by UPS, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Canadian shipments are going by USPS International Airmail. Usually ships the same business day.
All our products for United States destination are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS, depending on whichever service would take the shortest delivery time to your location.

Japan - If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

Return Delivery Charges
We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from our customers. However, should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if they want to return the product(s) for any reason. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
Cross Shipment
Cross shipment (exchange shipped prior to return of the original) must be secured by credit card. Such charge will remain on the customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days from the day on which we received the returned merchandise.
